Refund Policy
All sales on IndieBrowser are final. Purchases are not refundable.
Why we don't offer refunds
Every game on IndieBrowser is delivered instantly and runs in your web browser. Once a game has loaded, its files are on your device and could be copied and kept. Because we can't take a browser game back, every sale is final. You agree to this at checkout before you pay.
Before you buy
- Read the store page, including whether the game is in Early Access. Early Access games are unfinished and will change.
- Check that your browser is supported: a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a desktop or laptop. Most games are not designed for phones.
- Check that IndieBrowser is available where you live. We do not currently sell to the European Union or the United Kingdom.
What we will always fix
"All sales are final" means we don't refund a game because you changed your mind or didn't enjoy it. It doesn't mean you're stuck with a mistake. Contact us at support@indiebrowser.io and we will correct:
- Billing errors: a duplicate charge for the same game, or an amount different from the price shown at checkout.
- Unauthorized charges: a purchase made without the cardholder's permission.
- Access problems: if you can't get into a game you bought, we'll restore your access.
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived. If a law where you live requires a refund, we will provide it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are fixed within a day. If a payment is disputed or reversed, access to the game is suspended while the dispute is open, and removed if the payment is reversed. We provide our records of the purchase to the card network, including your agreement to these terms at checkout.
